By opting into the MAVYRET SMS program, you consent to receive automated and reoccurring text messages from Complete Treatment Support, including service updates, medication reminders and marketing messages, to your provided mobile number. Message frequency varies by user and message and data rates may apply.

You can unsubscribe from Complete Treatment Support messages at any time by texting STOP to 62897. You can text HELP to 62897 for help, or call 1-877-628-9738. If you unsubscribe, you are still able to receive transactional text messages upon request; [ie, access to resources upon request].

There is no fee charged by the MAVYRET SMS program to receive messages. Message and data rates may apply– this can be confirmed with your mobile service provider. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider or deducted from your prepaid account. Consent is not a requirement for purchase.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier's name and the date, time, and content of your messages. Mobile opt in information will not be shared outside of Abbvie. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us and this information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. The wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be held liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
